1. Registration Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or failure to participate.

2. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed due to weather, safety, or government restrictions, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.

3. Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled permanently, participants may receive a partial refund or a credit for a future event, as decided by the organizers.
